@jbarbee I agree, I think there is value in having an internal PM and also having fresh eyes from a third party service come in to evaluate and assist in the implementation as well.

I agree with @Jbarbee in that there are multiple cross functional teams involved in seeing a project through. Any mistakes along the way that result in a time delay or an increase in cost will be impossible to cover up…. Read more»
