This is a really interesting topic to discuss. What motivates me is something challenging and realizing that the work I do everyday improves human life. I like it when my brain is busy doing something for a good cause or figuring out ideas when working with a project from planning to completion. For example, in my capstone project, I was responsible for designing a front end software module including setting up a server and designing a UI (User Interface). I have never had an experience in designing any forms of software. This task motivated me in exploring the coding world and what it takes to design software. I was really able to transform myself from knowing very little on coding to designing front-end software.
