Vision: They do not have a clear vision statement however, in the company description is states, “Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.”

Stryker products include implants used in joint replacement and trauma surgeries; surgical equipment and surgical navigation systems; endoscopic and communications systems; patient handling and emergency medical equipment; neurosurgical, neurovascular and spinal devices; as well as other medical device products used in a variety of medical specialties. This is very much aligned with their mission statement. They are continuously striving for better healthcare. According to Fortune, it ranks #19 out of 100 in the list of Best companies to work for in 2017. Their values consist of Integrity, Accountability, People and Performance. I cannot comment if these values hold up within in the company but the point to consider is that Stryker has has increasing earning and performance over the years. It is not easy to hold up a multi-billion corporation with a good reputation in the market if they are aligned with their mission or values. This indicates a healthy company to work for overall.
