I completely agree with the notion that risk management documentation should be considered a living document. I think that updating risk management documentation based off of feedback and complaints after its out on the market is important to improve processes as well as the quality of the product. This can also help identify products that needs to be recalled to prevent further problems with consumers which is troublesome and costly.
