The ability to contribute valuable information before decisions are made leads to employee satisfaction and increased motivation. Faster decisions only in matrix organizations. Teamwork is a good advantage in a matrix organizations structure, as all the departments working together.
    However,as Dr.Simon mentioned , you have two bosses in a matrix organization functional manager and chief Executive!.Also, Matrix organization has more complex structure.
