Finding the right person, and fit them to the need is very important for a successful organization. Checking the performace report and update there knowledge and skill to the current development is very important for a organization. For an employee there should be a training and learning section in which they can improve or grown the employee of the organization. This all result in enhanced knowledge, skill, capabilities of the team member. From my current job, I can choose three training section annually that i can attend, and develop my skills. And it is the responsibility of Human resources management that i get that opportunity.
