I think that reducing turnover and retaining top employees are important considerations for an organization especially in the medical device industry when it comes to human resource management. Retaining key employees over the long term can be very beneficial because those employees have been sufficiently trained and demonstrated the necessary competency and work ethic to be successful in their current position. Retaining employees also keeps around employees who are knowledgeable about previous projects and already have experience with the company.
