As agree with most of the discussion above . The most important thing that motivates me is the career growth and development that i get. Every year my manger evaluate our performance, they provide us with training that we can choose (most of them are are out of country). It depends on our performance. I always try to bring out the best performance so that i can choose the training or career development that i take part. Above all , I feel like work that i do can bring a change in other peoples life ( Like i am playing a part in saving others life).
