I believe it starts with the culture of the team. If your team has any issues with one another or have no desire of helping one another then it will lead to people either leaving the team to join another group or leave the company. The team environment is everything; you want a team that will motivate each other, and help each other. Coworkers who don’t do this will have no stability within the team, it will only lead to group conflict. I believe the you should be excited to go to work the next morning. Having a good team environment can make work more enjoyable.
