Personally, I feel like if people don’t work just to make a living at a comfortable position then they are seeking some way to leverage their skills and advance them by becoming more knowledgeable and versatile. Many people end up not necessarily working in the particular field that they were educated and lead about. This is where people’s ability to adapt and advance comes into play. Thant is why I feel like people would naturally want to use their skills to better them selves and as they grow will try to find a way to use what they are good at. Once they have grown and know their place in the industry they may then stat to realize if there are limitations in where they are and may seek new position to use their skills. If they are motivated by money and comfort they would leave for those reasons.
