Thanks for the great course! I’m finding it really applicable to my new role as a PM in medical devices.

I have a few questions I hope you could help with. My name is reading as the first name on the credit card used to purchase the course, instead of my own name. I updated my first and last name (Fritha Munday) in the Account Details tab, but my visible name on login hasn’t updated. Could you correct this or send me instructions?

I’m also interested in downloading copies of your slidesets to print and use for reference at work, especially the flow charts. Are these files available through the site or would you consider providing them by email?
