Multiple project managers can distribute workload among themselves which helps to focus better on specific areas. Managers from different backgrounds and experiences can bring unique insights and problem-solving approaches. Moreover larger team can handle more complex projects or those with tight deadlines.

But the challenges associated with it should be kept in mind as well. As multiple project managers may struggle to align goals, priorities, and resources. Disagreements among project managers can inhibit progress and morale. If roles are not clearly defined, there can be confusion and duplication of efforts for which the desired goal may not be achieved by the end.

Every action has some pros and cons. At the end, the decision of whether to have multiple project managers depends on the specific project, the involved team, and the organization's culture and resources.
