This video was absolutely hilarious while getting its point across. It shows how when people don't understand the project they go off on tangents that are impossible to pinpoint. This makes completing the project incredibly difficult. They rely on the expert to do things that are out of his expertise to complete what he is an expert in. They run around in circles trying to get him to do what needs to be done in ways that completely contradict the task at hand. Very good video, well illustrated.
