modern work patterns can still replicate some of the exploitative practices of slavery, such as low wages, unsafe working conditions, and inadequate access to healthcare and other benefits. In some cases, workers may be forced to work long hours or endure abuse and discrimination from their employers, which can have a significant impact on their mental and physical health. Moreover, modern work patterns can perpetuate systemic oppression and inequality, particularly for marginalized groups such as people of colour, women, and low-income workers. This can be seen in the persistent wage gap and limited opportunities for career advancement for these groups. what do you think of that?

I agree that modern work patterns can sometimes perpetuate exploitative practices, especially when workers face low wages, unsafe conditions, and lack of benefits... these issues can disproportionately affect marginalized groups, creating systemic inequality. Its important for companies to address these problems through fair pay, better working conditions, and equal opportunities for all.
