The project manager should have a routinely meet with the clients and the team to discuss such ideas as positive and constructive feedback is very helpful for the company and will improve the market based loyalty. It is also very much important for the customer to know what is the output they will be receiving from the products they buy such that there is no miscommunication between the two party.
