We’ve previously discussed what risk management. The concept is to ensure that all risks are minimized and only those that are necessary for the project are taken. The point is to be as cost effective as possible, while still remaining within the realm of practicality and following the law.
This week, we’ve gone over Task Scheduling and how to list out ES, EF, LS, and LF. These are the dates which are for the earliest possible start and finish for a task and the latest possible start and finish for a task, respectively.In terms of risk management, how can the risks with these dates be minimized so that the task is minimally affected by lateness?
