I think there are so many reasons why people leave work. But, the most important ones I think most people leave for are bad management that destroys projects, Un-fairness and relation between team members. from my experience before, I left one position due to so many promises and never got true. Sometimes management decision effect affects the progress of my work. Managment have to set the honest expectation and transfer t a clear ides and direction for the company. and when they tend to hide some information and show it at the wrong time it distracts the workflow. That I couldn’t work in a focused target to grow in my field. and, that’s when I decided to move to a different company. I was glad to do so as I knew after I left the whole team get affected and transferred to different teams.
