If I were to own a corporation, I would want my corporation to be a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). I can have more than one partner to control the corporation and I would own as much of the company as a I put into it. I would also be liable for only how much I put into this corporation as well. Me and my partners would be the only ones controlling the company and would have a good understanding of this, otherwise there would be no need to have this type of partnership. The taxes are also not complicated so neither of the owners would have difficulty with this. Even though this type of corporation is only limited to professionals and the partners can bind, I still believe this is a better safer option. My partner and I would also have the opportunity to hire other people and there would be a limited amount of risk assumed. I would be responsible for what I put in and what my partner and I agree on.
