Reading the question, my first instinct was to say no, I don’t believe that devices/medicine not approved by the FDA should be used, regardless if they believe it works or not. But, after reading my classmates posts, I think that… Read more»

moniquet07 replied to the topic Skills Learned in this Class in the forum Project Management Application: Clinical Trial 7 years, 5 months ago
I learned a lot in the course about working within a group. Through our simulations, I’ve had groups where we worked amazingly together, and others where there was dishonesty and lack of communication. Working within a group that is purely online is very new for me; in order for these simulations to work we needed to have constant communication…[Read more]

moniquet07 replied to the topic Priorities for Projects in the forum Project Management Application: Clinical Trial 7 years, 5 months ago
I completely agree with William. Within a single project, there are multiple parts/priorities, hence the multiple members of the team. Giving each team member a priority allows the project to move smoothly and more efficiently. Focusing on one priority at a time would ultimately delay the project’s progression.

I believe there are many reasons why people decide to work more than 40 hours a week. Personally, when I was able to, I worked as many hours as I possibly could. During my internship, I’d stay late, just because I was extremely wrapped up in my project. I had the stride and motivation to keep going and I didn’t want to lose that feeling. Other…[Read more]

As previously stated by my classmates, I strongly believe that a project manager’s level of motivation affects the team’s productivity and motivation level. During this semester in capstone, my team and I had to procure aluminum T-Slot framing material to construct our device.
