A project proposal is a detailed description of a series of activities aimed at solving a certain problem. I believe that when initiating a project proposal, the document should include an overview of the project, the project description and purpose, the design description, support research with market gap, the project’s potential budget, and a Gantt Chart Schedule. These descriptions show the organization and importance of the project.
