  • For me I would personally choose to go with the Functional based organization structure. In this structure since all the positions are already assigned you do not have to worry about different people overlapping different roles. Also, since roles are already assigned it saves time rather than going through an assigning roles to every member individually. Also, by having only one person in charge it creates a very clear line of command, which will make it easier to manage. I personally like having clear cut roles as everyone is specialized and can focus on what they need too do, without worrying about whether the other team members can get their work done. I would not go with the Project based organization because project teams are not socially active which will lead to multiple copies of the same work getting done. In the matrix organization there too many head roles and having multiple bosses can create conflict between the two bosses. This can put workers in a tuff spot by making them choose which boss to follow and which one to disobey. That overall can create a very unfriendly work environment with constant backlash from someone.
