My motivation is accomplishing your goals. There are many challenges we will all face throughout our career. There will be ups and downs, but reaching your goal is probably the most satisfaction. By this I mean, you’re completing your goal anywhere from small tasks to large projects. Reaching your end goal shows all the hard work you have made. I remember during my undergrad our capstone project was very stressful for weeks. The deadline was approaching fast and we still had a lot of work to wrap up and hand in for the final presentation. In the end our project was working as we intended, and the final presentation and report was completed. It was a sense of relief and excitement that we got everything done on time and it was working.
