People leave work most of the times because they have a better opportunity waiting for them. But the reason they start looking for a new job is because they are getting bored at their current job and aren’t challenged enough. We get bored from doing the same things everyday. So when we see that everyday starts to become mundane, that is when we look for another job. Also if people leave their jobs because they see that they are getting appreciated for what they’re doing. Their manager might be overlooking them or they might not be getting paid for all the work they’re doing. Another reason is because they see that they isn’t growth in that company to move to a higher position and therefore start looking for another job.
