I read somewhere that closing phase has two important documents in the closure of the project. One is the formal project closure document and second is the lessons learned. Found it interesting and should be shared. Every project is different and it’s execution is also. It also has new problems and new solutions and new learnings from it. That is where you get to learn new things out of every single project. It may help you and other similar people in future if you have it written some where what are the lessons learned and shared with your coworkers or people in similar work backgrounds.
