The Electronic cigarette industry should be looked at very similarly to the Nicotine Gum and Patch industry. They are attempting to assist in the quitting of all tobacco related product. If the company is claiming it is a recreational form of nicotine consumption then it should be tobacco product. If a company wants to claim it can help in the quitting of cigarettes is should have to earn that claim just like any other medication.
