A few examples of enterprise organizational processes assets would be Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs like stated in the lecture), Engineering Reports (ERs)that give the history of a procedure and any changes made to improve, and “Fact Finders”. “Fact Finders” refer to a meeting and documentation of a problem, lessons learned, and ways to ensure the problem never happens again.

If I had to use these to initiate a project, I would start by reading any ERs and SOPs that are related to the project that I am working on. I would then search to see if any “Fact Finders” exist on my project and speak to people who have more experience than me at conferences or reading past reports on related projects. I would then use all this knowledge to try to outline the problem in Microsoft Project.
