The part about not “reinventing the wheel” caught my attention. I liked the idea of looking at previous projects before starting a new one because there could already be useful Gantt charts, budgets, design documents, or meeting notes available.

I think this could save a team a lot of time, especially if they are working on a project that is similar to something the company has done before. At the same time, I would not want a team to rely too heavily on an old project because every project can have different requirements and problems. I think the challenge is knowing what information from the previous project is still useful and what needs to be changed.
