One major problem I had was during the planning phase of a project. Essentially, I forgot to label a batch for final production and without labeling, the entire batch would end up in the garbage as it was indistinguishable from other batches. To resolve this extremely horrendous problem, I went back through all of my pictures and notes only to discover minute differences in batches that allowed me to figure out what needed to be labeled and what was what. This is why planning and labeling as you go is extraordinarily important when developing products.
