A design review meeting is done at the end of each phase. A design review meeting is a discussion that occurs among cross-functional teams to evaluate a product design based on specific criteria, such as usability, performance, and accuracy. A design review meeting shouldn’t involve altering a project’s budget or discussing it in detail that can be saved for the project meeting. However, a design review meeting should be an open discussion, so that team members can give their feedback and offer ideas for improvement on the design’s current form. Additionally, the project manager might want to further work on certain aspects of the product and can suggest that in the design review meeting. And the meeting minutes are essential to improve product quality, safety, and effectiveness.
