Project proposal in the project management section contains 6 descriptive categories including, Project scope/description, business needs, fit to business strategies, basic timeline, clinical trials and sometimes animal studies. Based on this context, How do you think a project manager can be skillful about aligning the business needs and the customer satisfaction at the same time when trying to accomplish a goal?

A project manager can be skillful about aligning business needs and customer satisfaction by doing many things. The project manager needs to be able to define the project scope so business goals can translate into real customer values. They need to align the project objectives with business strategy in order to form the best decisions possible for them and the customer. Realistic timelines need to be created and met which balance cost and quality. Ethical and regulatory compliance can help protect trust and maintain credibility. Finally, in my opinion, the most important thing that the project manager needs to do is communicate effectively with the customer to manage expectations and get feedback. Communication is the key to proper business in my opinion.

When it comes the the PM and there abililty to be skillful about aligning the business needs with customer statisfaction is by a combination of many things. A PM needs to have the ability to be able to determine the scope of the project and how customers input can influence the way that the project is done. By doing so it can allow for the project to meet real world needs from customers themselves. They also need to be able to design and strategize the way that the project need to be done to ensure that the project objective is complete and also meets the needs of the customer. This means that they also need to be able to follow ethical guideline and regulatory compliance to ensure that the project remains on tract and doesn't run into legal trouble. Overall the main driving force of the PM needs to be the communication of not only his team but also the input from the customer and being able to apply them and relay them to the team to ensure that the customer are satisfied and the end goal of the project it met.
