It is a good practice to make sure your team is well informed and that they understand their roles. People who have a clear understanding of their tasks tend to be more efficient.

I don’t have any experience working with medical devices, at least not yet. But from what I’ve gathered here at Morehouse School of Medicine, a project manager can be very vital to a medical device start up.
