A few examples of enterprise organizational processes assets would be Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs like stated in the lecture), Engineering Reports (ERs)that give the history of a procedure and any changes made to improve, and “Fact Finders”. “Fact Finders” refer to a meeting and documentation of a problem, lessons learned, and ways to ensure the problem never happens again.

If I had to use these to initiate a project, I would start by reading any ERs and SOPs that are related to the project that I am working on. I would then search to see if any “Fact Finders” exist on my project and speak to people who have more experience than me at conferences related to the project. I would then use all this knowledge to try to outline the project in Microsoft Project.
