One thing that stood out to me was how many things can go wrong during pre-clinical research, especially when there are time or budget limitations. The slides mentioned that animal studies can be delayed because suppliers may run out of animals or because animals take time to arrive. This could become a major problem if management has already set a deadline. I think having alternative suppliers or alternative study models is important because it can prevent the entire study from being delayed. How do you think researchers should balance management deadlines with the need to properly complete a study?
